Disgaea 4 and Phantom Brave have new avatars for PSN!

Avatars from Phantom Brave include Ash, Marona, Raphael, and Sprout.

Avatars from Disgaea 4 include the Sorcerer, Succubus, Thief, Valkyrie, Warrior, Mage Treant, Zombie, Lord Zetta and Artina!


Also earlier this month Disgaea 3: Absence of Detention shipped in NA and Europe!
Include in this version (as quoted from NIS):
- Includes all the DLC released for the PS3!

- New Bosses (Fuka and Desco?! From Disgaea 4)

Some of you might remember a post I made a few months ago about the Disgaea release for the android. I have been keeping a loose eye on the subject and the release date has been changed to TBA. Here's hoping that it is sooner rather than later. In related news, the strategy guides for Disgaea, Disgaea 2, Disgaea 3, Phantom Brave and Makai Kingdom from Double Jump Books is on Android. I'm not sure if anything is going to be released for iPhone users, but I don't see why not. I'll keep you posted.

While there is still some work to be done on the Disgaea 3 section, I feel like there is enough information there to put it live. Soon it will be an extreme help when the PSVita release of Disgaea 3 comes out! Huge thanks to Dentarg for his help on Disgaea 3's Evilities!

Greetings fellow Netherworldians, I know I haven't been as vocal lately in regards to the news, however I shall be unloading a boatload of news here today to bring us all up to speed!

First off, as of yesterday there was a new patch for Disgaea 4, it's a pretty big one. This one introduces some new material for DLC that was released today and will be released further on as well.

Those of you who loved the chemistry of Fuka and Desco will be happy to know that they will be DLC for the Disgaea 3 port for the PS Vita: Disgaea 3 Absense of Detention. Mao will be able to recruit them in his party.

Also, for Japan fans, NIS is releasing a Holiday DLC pack featuring, Baal, King Krichevskoy and the Unlosing Ranger! Baal has been confirmed to have more than 400 million HP.


Good luck with that noise. Also, no word on the release date for the US DLC. I am hoping it is soon, I want King Krichevskoy.

NIS is rereleasing Disgaea (again) for Android smartphones! They say it's going to have full touch screen controls, which seems pretty exciting. They have a release date set for Fall 2011. I always have my phone on me so it will be awesome to have Disgaea with me everywhere. No price set yet, but I doubt it will be too expensive.

Heard a lot of you were having issues with security when visiting the site, and I want you to know that I've looked into it and have fixed the problem.  We lost some news that may have had a link that was infected, through no fault of our news posters, but rest assured we have fixed the issue.  Thanks for your support and for not giving up!

Nippon Ichi has finally decided to fulfill our deepest wishes and most depraved fantasies with an enhanced port of Makai Kingdom on the PSP!!!! Yes you can watch Zetta beam annihilate Marona again, on your PSP this time.

 The PSP port of Makai(Phantom as it is being called in Japan again) Kingdom will have an alternate mode similar to Another Marona from Phantom Brave's ports entitled: Papa is the Strongest Demon King, featuring a girl with red pigtails and a short cape. The character is visible in the teaser site.

 This much needed enhancement of Makai Kingdom will hit Japanese stores on September 22nd of this year, so start saving up and be ready to crack open your piggy banks in the near future.
